| A
medium length par four, this hole's character comes
from the view the golfer attains of the dunesland
in the background and gives an immediate taste of
what's to come.
The hole gently curves left with the prevailing
breeze, so a decent tee shot should set up a straight
forward approach.
The bunkers are low-lying, reminiscent of the
wind swept hazards found in the Linksland of the
British Isles.
With a following wind, one must immediately decide
if the correct approach is a bump and run, or
a full carry to the crowned green.
