All food and beverage operations at Café O'Lei at The Dunes are managed by Molly Wilson, who has demonstrated her stellar talents here in Hawaii for years.

There are two main banquet rooms: Café O'Lei at The Dunes Restaurant, and the Kiawe room. Café O'Lei at The Dunes features indoor and outdoor seating capable of accommodating up to a total of 100 people. The Kiawe room can accommodate up to 150 more people. The two combined can accommodate up to 250 people.
